Outpace Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window We want you to love your Outpace gear. If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition.

How to Request a Return Email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items and items showing signs of use are not eligible for return.
